先确认当前是普通 http/https 网页；Chrome 内部页和商店页受浏览器限制。检查 Alt + Q 是否被其他扩展占用，也可点击扩展按钮。Confirm you are on an ordinary http/https page; browser internal and store pages are restricted. Check whether another extension uses Alt + Q, or use the extension action.
在扩展管理页确认签绪已启用，然后关闭并重新打开新标签页。若有其他新标签页扩展，浏览器通常只允许一个生效。Confirm TabToTask is enabled, then close and reopen the new tab. Browsers generally allow only one new-tab extension at a time.
bookmarks 只在点击“从书签导入”时按需申请，可从该入口重试。常用网站只使用本机最近七天且 isLocal === true 的有效访问；其他设备、同步来源和来源未知的 History 记录会排除，当前版本不再使用 topSites 权限。若数据缺失，请确认签绪仍启用且 history 权限未被浏览器或组织策略移除。bookmarks is requested only when you choose Import from bookmarks and can be retried there. Recent sites use only meaningful visits from the last seven days where isLocal === true; History records from other devices, synchronized sources, or unknown sources are excluded, and the current version no longer uses topSites. If data is missing, confirm TabToTask is enabled and the history permission was not removed by the browser or an organization policy.
确认已主动开启 AI、额度有效且网络可用。超时、断网或 Neco Api 上游错误会降级到本地机制，不影响手动任务；不能接受上游条款不确定性时，请保持 AI 关闭。Confirm AI is enabled, entitlement is valid, and the network is available. Timeouts, offline state, or a Neco Api upstream error fall back to local logic without blocking manual tasks; keep AI off if you do not accept the uncertainty in upstream terms.
在隐私与数据设置中可分别清除行为轨迹或全部本地数据。卸载会删除扩展本地存储；同步偏好由浏览器账户管理。提供权益、防重复兑换、设备限制、退款欺诈与法律义务所需的后端记录不会因清除本地数据自动删除。Privacy & Data settings can separately clear behavior events or all local data. Uninstalling removes extension local storage; the browser account manages synced preferences. Backend records needed for entitlements, duplicate-redemption prevention, device limits, refund fraud, and legal obligations are not automatically deleted when local data is cleared.
请记录浏览器与签绪版本、复现步骤、预期与实际结果。截图前移除账号、邮件、支付、医疗等敏感信息；不要发送 API 密钥。Record browser and TabToTask versions, reproduction steps, expected behavior, and actual behavior. Remove sensitive account, email, payment, or health data from screenshots, and never send API keys.
