下载后按格式安装：CRX 拖入扩展管理页；ZIP 解压后加载文件夹。全程不需要命令行。Install by file type: drag a CRX into Chrome extensions, or unzip a ZIP and load its folder. No command line needed.

   下载安装包Download the package把 ZIP 或 CRX 保存在容易找到的位置。Save the ZIP or CRX somewhere easy to find.

   打开扩展管理Open Chrome extensions在地址栏输入 chrome://extensions，开启右上角“开发者模式”。Enter chrome://extensions and turn on Developer mode.

   加载并开始使用Load and startCRX 拖入扩展管理页并按提示确认；若 Chrome 拒绝，请使用商店安装。ZIP 先解压，再选择含 manifest.json 的文件夹。Drag a CRX into Chrome extensions and follow the prompt; if Chrome rejects it, install from the Web Store. For a ZIP, unzip it and load the folder containing manifest.json.
